What primary services do you offer?

Simply put, car and truck detailing. If your vehicle is dirty or in need of much needed attention, we clean it and bring it back to its original showroom shine.

What are the rates of your services?

All cars, trucks (half-tons) and SUV's are $90.00 before tax for vehicles without third-row seating. Vans and SUV's with third-row seating are $110.00 before tax. For complete pricing information please click on the pricing tab.

How long does it take to detail a car or truck?

It really depends on the size and the condition of the vehicle. Usually a car that only transports one passenger and the driver that travels on paved roads would take roughly four hours to complete. A vehicle that travels down unpaved gravel roads or transports more than two passengers will take more time to complete. 
It all boils down to condition of the vehicle and when it was last detailed.

My headlights are yellow. I can barely see at night, can you correct this?

Yes we can. This service can be requested and is $30.00 before tax. For heavily sun faded headlights we use glass cleaner and a clay-bar to remove the oxidization and follow up with rubbing compound on a convoluted bonnet and buff the headlights back to crystal clear clarity.

I tried doing bodywork to my car and now I have over spray on the glass. Can you get the over spray off?

Yes we can or you can do it yourself one of two ways, either with glass cleaner and a razor blade or some ultra fine steel wool. If you are concerned about doing it yourself we can remove the over spray for you.

Do you offer engine de-greasing? How do you protect vehicle electronics?

Yes we do offer engine and engine bay cleaning. We protect all underhood electronic components by covering them with weatherproof cellophane. First the battery is disconnected with both terminals removed from the battery post. Next we cover all major electronic equipment such as alternator, fuse blocks, body control modules,  sensors, etc. We do ask you to consult your owners literature as some vehicles have a code for the radio that will need to be imputed once the battery is reconnected. And yes, you'll probably have to reset your clock.

My car is covered in tree sap. Can you remove it?

Yes we can. If there is only one or two spots on any painted surface we remove the sap, and is included in the detailing package you chose (except for interior only detail). If the vehicle has several spots of tree sap then we charge extra. Consult with us for an estimate.

Do you detail motor homes & RV's?

No, unfortunately we do not.

Do you detail pleasure crafts such as pontoon boats or fishing boats?

Yes we do, however our rate is $25.00 per hour and can run up to five or six hours or more depending on the condition and the size of the boat.

Do you have a loaner car for those who can't find a ride back home?

Yes we do. The loaner vehicle is $30.00 for a 40 mile or less commute one way. There is no charge to bring the car back. Example: if the loaner is needed to travel to Barry's Bay and back the fee would be $30.00. If the loaner is needed to go to Arnprior and back the fee would be greater than $30.00. This can be discussed at the garage. No charge for customers residing in the village of Killaloe.

What kind of cleaning products do you use?

All of our detailing products come from Double B Bloomco Warehousing in Burlington, Ontario. An automotive detailing supplier.

I have an allergy to certain scents. Do your products have a high fumy smell?

We use a diluted de greaser for the interior and carpeting. If diluted properly it will have a mild citrus scent. If a vehicle has a lot of dirt and grime we usually adjust the mixing ratio to ensure cleanliness which in return would have a higher scent. The scent does fade quickly, usually two days. If you have a concern regarding the scent let us know, we can accommodate by using plain water instead.

My car is a high mileager and isn't all that great to look at anymore. Do you work on older vehicles?

You bet we do. Regardless of age or condition we detail them all, new or old.

I only have one car and work Monday to Friday. Are you open weekends?

We are open the occasional weekend during the summer months. Give us a call we'll help you out.

I have a dog and there is a lot of hair on the upholstery. Is there an extra charge for removing the dog hair?

There can be, it depends on the severity. We can discuss that over the phone or in person at the shop.

I have a fleet of heavy trucks. Do you sand and buff rims and fuel tanks?

We do not anymore unfortunately. We are a volume detailing shop that sees approximately 1200 to 1500 vehicles annually. Its just not feasible for us to provide that kind of service anymore.   

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes we do. Drop by the shop to obtain as many as you like.

Do you accept Visa and Debit cards?

We are working on that but at this time we do not.

I have a classic car I'd like to have detailed but I'm fussy on certain brands of wax to use on it. Would you wax my car using my preferred wax?

Yes we can absolutely do that. Just inform us of this when you are booking your appointment.

My car broke down on the way over. Is there a cancellation fee?

No, just let us know that you can't make your appointment as soon as possible so we can let someone else have your spot.
